I have been an Office 365 trainer, instructional designer, technical writer, and adoption/communications specialist for the past 12 years. I've provided education to more than 559,150 end users, technical support reps, and C-level staff throughout 93 organizations in 13 countries and 34 US States. I typically work 6-12 month contracts though have recently been seeking a full time position. I integrate quickly into each organization, understanding the individual needs and acting on them to help make Office 365 a part of their daily routines. During the process, we can phase out redundant products and save you money which usually pays for my salary... so in most cases, I literally pay for myself.
